A Christ-centered, Creative, Classical Education
About Us
Awakening Christian Academy is a Christian homeschool co-op that brings creativity and classical learning to form the whole child—mind, heart, and spirit. We partner with parents in cultivating virtue and lead students toward faithful Christian living.
The Mission
Awakening Christian Academy provides a Christ-centered, creative, classical education that cultivates virtuous living, classical learning, and Christian leadership — forming the whole student in the way of Christ.
“A school in every parish.”

Why Classical
We train students to love God with heart, soul, and mind. The same classical model — the Trivium of grammar, logic, and rhetoric — formed some of history's greatest minds: John Adams, William Shakespeare, Winston Churchill, C.S. Lewis, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein.
We don't ask only "what do we need today?" but "what have we always needed?" — equipping children who can read, write, reason, and speak well, rooted in a biblical worldview.
- A 4-day hybrid modelFour days on campus and a partnership day at home — the rigor and community of school with the formation of home.
- Grades 3 through 12One school, one mission, from the early grades through graduation.

The Classroom Without Walls
Studies show that children learn best when they are immersed in the world around them. That’s why we are committed to helping students step into the places where history happened, where art hangs, and where science lives. Monthly field trips are built into our core curriculum, turning learning into lasting memories.

The Curriculum
Our curriculum is rooted in the classical Christian approach — fostering wisdom and virtue through literature, history, mathematics, science, and the arts. An integrated approach encourages critical thinking and lifelong learning, empowering students to become engaged citizens who love to learn.
Strong Foundation
A rigorous academic curriculum rooted in the truth of a biblical worldview — a solid foundation in both faith and knowledge.
Christ-centered Leadership
Forming virtue and character — wisdom, courage, honor, compassion, and servant leadership.
Critical Thinking
Time-tested methods that equip students to analyze, evaluate, and articulate ideas in writing and speech.
Faith & Learning Integrated
Faith woven through every subject, so students see the truths of Christ in every aspect of life.
Committed to the Local Church
Awakening Christian Academy is committed to training children who deeply love the local church. Participating families demonstrate active membership in their local church. We are not a replacement for your church, but a partner in the growth and discipleship of your child.
